Ordering: We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard via Authorize.net. Your order is processed the day that it is placed.
Shipping: Your order is shipped out within 48 hours of being placed. We use Fedex as our shipper of which you can choose the options: Ground (4 to 5 business days), 2-Day (2 business days) or Next Day.
Canadian Orders: At this time our system hasn’t been set up to calculate Canadian shipping charges. We charge a flat rate of $25 for Canadian orders. Therefore any additional shipping charges will be processed after your purchase so that the $25 charge is complete.
International Orders: We do ship internationally but orders can only be performed at this time over the phone or via email. As each country and city has different rates please email info@rarechic.com with your information to determine costs and time. All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Rarechic cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs house of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order. Fedex assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Rarechic does not receive any money from customs and import fees.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Rarechic at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
Exchanges and Returns: Merchandise, excluding sale items and wallpaper, may be returned for exchange or refund of the merchandise price. Returns and exchanges must be in original condition with all tags attached and postmarked within 10 days of the initial shipping date for the order.
